Construction technological project of sports hall construction

The thesis deals with Komenského Street sports hall construction in Lysá nad Labem. Although partially dealing with construction of all parts, in detail it studies gym construction, focusing on time management, technology and resources of implementation. The thesis is divided into the drawing and text parts. The former includes site facilities design and building situation. The latter consists of the main part construction project implementation study, itemized budget, time schedule, technological regulations, inspection and testing plan for the implementation of the main construction part 1st floor reinforced concrete columns and walls, construction machines and mechanisms design as well as time and financial schedule.

Manufacturing facility in Písek u Jablunkova - realization of rough top structure

The bachelor thesis deals with the realization of the rough top structure of the manufacturing facility for the company Olzanka s.r.o. This work deals with the walling of the building, realization of the semi-mounted ceiling structure and roof truss with tin roofing. For these processes, technological regulations were drafted, machine assemblies were designed, an item budget was drawn up together with a bill of quantities. In addition, an OHS regulation, a control and test plan for the walling process, a time schedule, traffic relations and site equipment drawings were developed.

Multifunctional house Prudký - construction technology project

The aim of this Diploma Thesis is constructionally - technological solution of the rough construction of polyfunctional house on the corner of Bánskobystrická and Medlánecká streets in Brno Řečkovice. In the Diploma Thesis I will deal with the plan of the work procedure of the execution of roof construction layers, machine sets, itemized budget, construction schedule, construction site equipment, inspection and testing plan, ecology and transport relations related to the construction. I would like to point out the complication of the construction with a lack of space because the construction is in the area of Brno Řečkovice. The plan of construction execution was more difficult due to lack of space for storage of materials and machinery handling.

Preparation for the construction of an apartment building in Brno - Modřice

The diploma thesis deals with the lower and upper rough building of a apartment building. It includes a technical report, broader transport routes, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages, a technical report of the construction site equipment, the design of the main building machines and mechanisms, a plan for providing material resources for a reinforced concrete ceiling, a technological regulation for the rough bottom and top structure, work and monolithic constructions, gross building budget, risk plan and their measures, statement of the dimension and network graph for finishing works, thermal technical assessment of external structures, drawing of site equipment, situation, original state of the land and ramp diagram. It also contains time and financial plan of the building, schedule of the main building, schedule of construction and disposal of construction site equipment and balance of machines and workers.
